Website design & development

More than a website.
A place to grow.

We design and build websites that tell your story, guide your customers and connect to the way your business works. From the first page to the backend, hosting and handover—one considered plan.

The experience and the engineering

Good design invites people in.
Good development helps them act.

A website should help someone understand your business, make a confident decision and take the next step. That needs more than attractive screens: it needs clear content, thoughtful navigation and reliable systems behind every interaction.

Zoro Pages brings the visible experience and the technical foundation into the same conversation. We can build a new site, redesign an existing one or extend a platform with the functions your team actually needs.

What we build

Different businesses.
Different digital needs.

Choose a website type, then step through an example visitor journey. Switch between desktop and mobile to explore how the content adapts.

Business websites

Turn a first impression into a useful enquiry.

For service businesses, construction and property teams, professional practices and growing brands. Explain the offer clearly, help people find the right service and give every important page a natural next step.

  • Service pages organised around customer questions
  • Project galleries and approved client stories
  • Enquiry forms with the context your team needs
  • Location content and a manageable publishing system

YOUR BRAND01 / 03

Understand the business

A clear place to begin.

Show who you help, what you do and why it matters.

Clear information Useful choices A next step

Beyond the homepage

The details that make
the whole website work.

The final deliverables are agreed in your project scope. These are the foundations we consider when shaping a complete build.

01

A coherent design system

Reusable headings, spacing, colours, buttons, forms and page components. New content should feel like part of the same website, not a separate design.

02

Mobile-first journeys

Navigation, readable content, touch controls and forms designed for small screens, then expanded thoughtfully for tablets and desktops.

03

Content your team can manage

An editing approach matched to your team: pages, products, courses, articles or project records, with permissions and guidance agreed in scope.

04

Backend functions that connect

Server-side validation, database records and the business rules behind enquiries, accounts, bookings or orders. Integrations include a plan for failure and recovery.

05

Search and performance foundations

Descriptive metadata, meaningful page structure, image optimisation, indexing controls and appropriate structured data. Search positions and traffic are not guaranteed.

06

Security and accessibility in the build

Least-privilege access, protected configuration, readable contrast, keyboard navigation and clear form feedback. Formal audits or certifications are separately scoped.

The platform follows the requirements.

A custom Laravel or React/Next.js build, a content-managed website or a commerce platform may suit different projects. We discuss content editing, integrations, hosting, ownership and long-term maintenance before choosing the stack—not after.

Connected to the real business

A website on the outside.
A working system underneath.

Connect customer actions to the people and tools that handle them. Each integration is scoped against available APIs, access permissions, data needs and ongoing service costs.

We define where information goes, who can see it, and what happens when a service is unavailable. Sensitive credentials stay in the backend, not in the page.

Your website

One customer-facing experience

Enquiries & CRM

Capture useful details, store records and route the follow-up.

Payments & bookings

Connect selected providers and handle confirmations and exceptions.

Business systems

Join approved data and workflows through scoped integrations.

AI assistants

Add approved knowledge, clear limits and human hand-off.

From first conversation to launch

A clear process.
Something tangible at every step.

Work moves through defined decisions and review points. Timing depends on the scope, content readiness, integrations and approvals—not a one-size-fits-all promise.

01 DiscoverA shared brief

Agree what the website needs to achieve.

We map your audience, business goals, existing site, content, workflows and constraints. Success starts with a useful task: an enquiry, a product purchase, a course question or a completed customer action.

  • Audience and priority journeys
  • Page map and content inventory
  • Functional scope, responsibilities and dependencies
02 DesignA reviewable prototype

Make the experience visible before development.

Page structure, typography, imagery, spacing and interaction are brought together in a consistent design system. Key desktop and mobile journeys can be reviewed before they become production code.

  • Wireframes and page hierarchy
  • Brand-aligned components and responsive layouts
  • A clear review and approval checkpoint
03 BuildA connected application

Join the interface to the systems behind it.

We develop reusable components, content management and agreed backend functions. Forms, permissions, integrations and error states are treated as part of the product—not tasks left until launch day.

  • Frontend, content models and backend logic
  • Selected API and business-system integrations
  • Version-controlled implementation
04 ValidateA launch checklist

Follow the actual journeys before going live.

Review representative devices, navigation, content, forms and any critical transaction paths. Check accessible interaction, performance and search fundamentals, then resolve launch-blocking issues.

  • Content and functional review
  • Responsive, keyboard and form checks
  • Redirects and tracking checked where included
05 Launch & careA practical handover

Give the website an operating plan.

Coordinate domain and hosting changes, hand over the agreed access and documentation, and define who owns updates, backups and support. Ongoing care can be scoped to the platform and your team's capacity.

  • Deployment and rollback planning
  • Content editing guidance and access handover
  • Maintenance, recovery and support responsibilities

Launch is a beginning

Your website deserves
a life after go-live.

Content changes. Software needs attention. Businesses grow. We can connect your website build to managed hosting, backups, updates and a defined support path, with responsibilities agreed from the outset.

Ask about your project
How much does a website cost, and how long does it take?
We scope the page structure, design work, content, functionality, integrations and launch requirements first. You then receive a proposal with the agreed deliverables, exclusions and milestones. Third-party subscriptions, hosting and ongoing care are identified separately where applicable.
Can you improve our existing website?
Yes. We review the current code, platform, content and business needs before recommending a redesign, targeted improvements or a new build. Useful existing systems can be retained. If a migration is needed, we plan content, redirects, access and launch continuity.
Can you help with content, images and branding?
We can scope page planning, content organisation, design direction and appropriate visual assets. Your team approves business facts, service claims and brand materials. Existing assets are reused where suitable; photography, licences and specialist copywriting are discussed as part of the brief.
Will our team be able to edit and manage the site?
We choose an editing approach that fits the people managing the website. Agreed handover can include content training, access roles, documentation and source-code delivery where included in the contract. Domain, hosting, software licences and ownership responsibilities are clarified before development.
Do you include SEO and accessibility?
We consider semantic structure, metadata, crawlability, image optimisation, responsive layouts, keyboard access and form feedback. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content production and formal accessibility audits can be separately scoped. We do not promise rankings, traffic, revenue or certification.
What should we prepare for the first conversation?
Bring your current website if you have one, the main job the new site should do, your audience, required functions, any brand assets and a realistic timing or budget range. You do not need a finished technical brief—we can help define it.
